Shipping

Yes we offer cash on delivery

It takes 4-5 working days in the delivery of orders all over Pakistan because these are custom printed on demand orders but we try our best to deliver them asap

That will be calculated on checkout automatically based on your location and weight

Products

We mainly sell cotton and polyester products. Where as our 100% cotton Tee category is, like the name suggests  completely made of cotton.

Halal designs are the ones which don’t include pictures of living things such as human beings, animals, birds, insects etc. But other living things like the pictures of trees and flowers and plants are exempted from this rule.

Depends. If the T-shirt will just contain the words like the title of an anime or a reference then yes but if it contains the character like the hero or the villain then no. Since that violates the halal condition.  

Returns

Yes we offer returns if the conditions are met. 

**Eligibility for Returns and Refunds**

We offer returns and a 100% refund in the following situations:

1. **Quality Concerns:** If you receive an order with quality issues or defects in the product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will initiate the return process and issue a full refund upon inspection and confirmation of the issue.

2. **Printing Issue:** In the rare event of a printing error or discrepancy between the product received and the design you approved, please inform us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and issue a full refund upon verification of the printing issue

**Non-Eligibility for Returns and Refunds**

We do not offer returns and refunds in the following cases:

1. **Change of Mind:** We do not accept returns if you have a change of mind after placing your order or if the product meets the specifications you provided during the order process.

2. **Mistaken Orders:** We do not accept returns for orders placed by mistake. Please review your order carefully before finalizing it.

First you have to make a detailed video of the issue describing the problem with the product and send it to us via WhatsApp. Then if the conditions for return and refunds are met then you Have to ship us the product by using any shipping agency you like.

After receiving the product   we will send you your money back via Easypaisa or JazzCash.

Note: you have to bear the shipping cost of sending the product back.
